Pricing FAQ

What counts as a provider?
Each connected cloud or AI service counts as one provider — AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, etc. An AWS Organization with multiple linked accounts still counts as one provider.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We prorate the difference.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days you'll need to add a payment method to continue. Without one, you'll be downgraded to Starter limits. Your data is retained for 30 days.
How quickly can I see my costs?
Immediately. When you connect a provider, StackSpend loads up to 90 days of historical data automatically. Trends, anomalies, and forecasts are available within minutes.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% and is available at checkout or from your billing settings. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
