How it works

From zero to daily cost visibility in 5 minutes

Connect read-only credentials, and StackSpend handles the rest — syncing costs, normalising across providers, computing forecasts, and alerting when spend changes.

14-day free trial. No credit card required. Read-only provider access.

1Connect your providers

Read-only credentials. Nothing modified.

Paste read-only API keys or service account credentials for each provider. StackSpend cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your accounts. It only reads billing data.

Setup takes about 5 minutes per provider. Once connected, StackSpend automatically loads up to 90 days of historical spend. You see trends, forecasts, and anomalies from the moment you connect — no waiting period.

2StackSpend learns your patterns

90 days of history. Baselines from day one.

As soon as you connect a provider, StackSpend backfills up to 90 days of cost data. All providers are normalised into the same format — regardless of billing cycle, currency, or data structure.

From that history, StackSpend computes statistical baselines per provider and service, generates pace-to-forecast projections, and establishes the thresholds that drive budget alerts and anomaly detection. There is no warm-up period — you get forecasts, baselines, and alerts the same day you connect.

3You get a daily signal

One message. Everything you need to know.

Every morning, a single Slack or email message tells you where your cloud and AI spend stands. No dashboards to open, no spreadsheets to update. If everything is on track, you move on. If something changed, you know immediately.

The daily digest includes:

Total spend yesterday and month-to-date
Change vs prior period
Average daily cost
Projected month-end spend

4The dashboard explains why

What changed. Which provider. How much.

When the daily signal flags something, the dashboard shows exactly what happened. Filter by provider, service, category, project, or user. See which line items moved, how much they changed, and whether the trend is continuing.

Drill from your total spend down to individual line items. Compare day-over-day, week-over-week, or month-over-month. Understand whether a spike is a one-off event or the start of a trend — before it becomes next month's problem.
